Residents of Ngata, Rongai Sub County on Friday woke up to a dramatic shock as a middle age man came public confessing that he had pains on his private parts after he engaged in illicit affair with a friend’s wife.
The man is said to have been the best man during the wedding of the friend two 3 years ago.
The man who was only identified as Ochieng’ from Siaya said he had had the affair with the friend’s wife for over 2 years since the friend had a wedding with the lady but started feeling pains on his private parts and later developed a boil that began to rot.
He says when he couldn’t take it anymore with the pain he decided to speak out the whole issue in a bizarre that attracted many residents of Ngata with some advising him to seek services of a witchdoctor who came to his rescue.
“I have been suffering in silence since I started having an affair with my friend’s wife and that is why I decided to speak out and seek help,” he said.
According to Dr Tokosha Kamaliza, she has been receiving several such cases involving young men who fall in an illicit affair with married women.She said in order to rectify such a mess the client has to ensure confession takes place before the treatment works.
“I have been receiving several cases on the same. Like this one now the young man has to confess before I engage the treatment” she said.
The complainant identified as Mr. Cliff Ombetsa said he decided to take the move against his friend to be a lesson to all those who are having illicit affair with other people’s wives.
“This is a lesson to all those who engage in affairs with other people’s wives,” said Ombetsa.
This is not the first time such incidents are happening where young men are caught with other people’s wives.
