Baraka Elias is 7feet 4inch (2.20m) tall, and needed a hip replacement surgery after he fell and hurt himself.

According to BBC, doctors at the Orthopeadic hospital turned him down, saying his height meant that he could not fit properly in a hospital bed.

The doctors also said the X-ray equipment at the facility could not be used on someone of his height.

He is now considering seeking medical treatment outside the country.
