A middle aged man in Nyamataro area in Kitutu Chache South constituency was on Wednesday morning found having sex with another man's wife in his rented house.
A man was on Wednesday afternoon found doing bad manners with someone's wife.
This happened at Nyamataro area, Kisii County.
Angry residents who beat up the man said that he has been bringing different women on daily basis to his house.
"He sent his wife to go home two weeks ago and since he comes in with different ladies. This has been going on until he was caught pants down yesterday," said Andrew Odingo, a neighbor.
The neighbors demanded that the man is sent away by the landlord as he was a threat to the peace of his tenants.
According to Odingo, the woman said that she was forced to sleep with the man so as she gets money for upkeep.
"She told us that her husband who works in Oyugis has nevee sent her any money for two months and only calls her when drank," he said.
Area Nyumba Kumi boss Maurice Omwoyo who rescued the two lovers, said that his office had numerous complains about similar cases.
He advised men to take care of their wives to avoid similar incidents.
"I also advise the landlord to order the man to vacate immediately from the house because locals have threatened to lynch him if he will go on living their," he said.
