A Nakuru court has put a man behind bars for life after finding him guilty of defiling his two daughters. The accused, Samson Otieno who is a self-proclaimed prophet in the region defiled the girls aged 7 and 8 at his home. Nakuru Resident Magistrate Judicastor Nthuku confirmed that the prosecution had sufficient evidence that proved beyond doubt that Mr Otieno committed the offence. The father of five is accused of defiling his two daughters on March 18, 2015. He committed the crime in the absence of his wife who was on a business trip in Nairobi. The court was told that the father defiled the minors in turns in his bedroom then ordered them to go back to bed. The teacher to the two victims testified to the court that the girls reported to school and were seen to walk with difficulty. After being quizzed about their condition, they narrated the ugly experience with their father. They were taken to Nakuru PGH where the medical results proved that the minors were indeed defiled by the 37-year-old man. “According to the evidence adduced in court it proves that indeed the act was committed, I hereby commit the accused to life imprisonment in accordance with the sexual offenses act,” said Resident magistrate Judicastor Nthuku.
