A man who was found with 50 rolls of bhang has been sentenced to three years in prison by a Kiambu court.
Moses Kamau was found with the rolls in his jacket pocket at around 5pm on August 7 this year at the Gachie-Gichagi village.
He was arrested by police from the Kihara police station who were acting on a tip-off from a resident.
Resident magistrate Simon Arome handed Kamau the sentence after he pleaded guilty to the charge of possessing narcotic drugs contrary to the Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances Control Act.
