A man was on Monday charged for allegedly raping three different primary school children.
The accused Mr Albert Nchabera Ongera appeared before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi and denied the charges of defilement.
He was also charged with committing an indecent act to the victims.
But the Chief Magistrate termed the bond terms as ‘not commensurate since his offenses are extremely serious’.
State prosecution told court that the accused committed the said offense on various dates in February at Nairobi’s Kibera Karanja area.
“The accused intentionally and unlawfully, penetrated his private part to the ones of the minors aged 10 years and two others who are both eight,” court heard.
Prosecution also accused him of intentionally and unlawfully touching the minors’ private parts.
He was arrested on April 26 but was released on a police bond before he was arraigned in court.
