A man linked to the murder of the late IEBC ICT director has been remanded for a week.

The 60-year old, Andrew Kiprotich Rono will be in custody to enable police to conclude investigations.

Rono appeared before Nairobi Milimani Law Court’s Justice James Wakiaga.

The police accuse Rono of sending a threatening text message to the late Msando last year.

Msando was killed last month and his body and that of Ngumbu found dumped in Kikuyu.
