A man linked to the murder of the late IEBC ICT director Chris Msando has been freed.
Andrew Kiprotich, 60, was on Monday released by Presiding judge James Wakiaga due to lack of sufficient evidence.
According to the judge, he had no reason for holding Kiprotich further since there was no link between him and the murder.
However, he warned Kiprotich that he will be re-arrested if further evidence showed
He had been detained for 14 days after a successful application by police.
Msando was killed last month with only a week to the much anticipated general election that were highly contested especially at the presidential level.
