A 60 year-old man who claims to be a son to the late William ole Ntimama has tabled fresh demands that Ntimama’s body be exhumed to conduct a paternity test.

George Kariuki filed a petition on Tuesday after Judge Joseph Onguto in September turned down his (Kariuki) request to stop Ntimama’s burial.

However, the matter that was coming up for hearing has been adjourned to December 20 after Kariuki’s lawyer said he was not ready to proceed.

Kariuki claims that he is Ntimama’s son and must therefore be a beneficiary and among those inheriting the late leader’s property.
