An employee at Crystal Valuers has resigned to go campaign for Right Honourable Raila Odinga and his running mate, Honorable Kalonzo Musyoka. David Manali Wanjala tendered his resignation letter to the company's Managing Director, Timothy Njehia.
His move is informed by Friday's nullification of the presidential results by the Supreme Court. The highest court in the land ordered that a fresh presidential election be conducted in 60 days. Mr Wanjala gave the company a one week notice and indicated that his last working day would be on 5th September. He further wrote that his decision to relinquish his duties was a personal decision and that he had his family's support. He said he needed enough time to campaign for the duo in "the much expected presidential election". Wanjala said that he was also willing to train his replacement. He thanked the company for the opportunity they offered him to develop professionally and personally.
