According to those who were present during the Madaraka Day celebrations, the middle-aged man went to sit at the table where the governor's seat was.

When he was asked to leave after the governor arrived, he refused.

"He said the governor said he is an employee of the voters. He (the man) thus said as the boss,  there was nothing wrong sitting close to his employee," Esther Karimi said.

Area County Commissioner however ordered that the man be dealt with within seconds as he was 'embarrasing' the county's administration.

Within a flash of seconds, the man was lifted by one of the chiefs and whisked away to the amusement of locals.
