According to witnesses, a man identified as Mr Yusuf got angry when he found a car backed behind his vehicle blocking him from exiting the parking.

The witnesses further noted that when the owner of the car that had blocked Yusuf's vehicle emerged, the two got involved in a heated argument before the latter pulled out his gun, and shot him.

"He said  he was getting late, and when Isaack came out of his house, the two started quarreling before Mr Yusuf went for his gun," One of the neighbours was quoted by Nation.

" He came back from his house in a huff and shot Isaack around the shoulder," the neighbour added.

Mr Isaack, who was seriously wounded was rushed to the Aga Khan Hospital, where he was admitted for four days before being discharged.

Speaking to Nation after the incident, Nyanza police boss noted that the culprit had already been arrested and investigations launched.

The Police boss cautioned  licensed gun holders to adhere to the set regulations, and avoid misusing their guns failure to which their licences may be withdrawn.
