A man who attended a party shocked guests when he decided to make a way with a sufuria of chicken stew.
This happened on Sunday at Nyatieko village in Kisii County.
Vincent Motoki, one of the family members from where the chicken was stolen said that it was meant for visitors.
"We were shocked to realise that one of the sufurias was missing and when we tried to find out what had taken place we found him running away with it," he said.
This is after kids who were playing around the homestead spotted the man carrying the sufuria.
Mr Mokoti said that they never found the man who is a well known drankard.
Elders who were invited to attend the party threatened to curse the man if he will not apologise to the family.
"We shall curse him for his actions and this will see him live without peace, we urge him to come forward and apologise for his actions," said Peter Makori.
