A middle aged man from Nyakoe shocked villagers when he dug his own grave before taking poison.
According to the family members, John Nyakwama had said that he was digging a latrine before changing mind later, saying it was his grave.
"We were shocked that our brother had lied to us that he was digging a toilet for us only to tell us that was his grave on Monday morning.
"When we asked him how he would predict his death the man said he will let them know," said Elijah Nyakwama, a brother.
The brother further says, when taking breakfast, the man collapsed and was rushed to a nearby clinic where he was diagnosed of poison.
"I can confirm that he is currently admitted at Kisii level six hospital after undergoing through fist Aid and Nyakoe dispensary as we hope that he will regain soon," he said.
The area Chief Dickson Metobo warned locals against such acts and urged them to undergo guidance and canceling when facing nay kind of distress.
