A 50-year-old man in Molo, Nakuru County is expected to appear before a Molo court to answer to defilement charges.
The man was apprehended after it was alleged that he has been defiling his 11-year-old daughter for a long time.
Area assistant chief Celina Kariuki alleged that the man has been abusing the young girl for a period of three years since she was nine years old.
“The man has repeatedly been defiling this girl since they separated with the wife three years ago,” Kariuki said.
The young girl also narrated the ugly ordeal in the hands of her biological father.
“When my mother went to Nairobi, my dad started showing me to do ‘tabia mbaya’ with him. He usually tells me to undress and face up. He has been doing this to me since I was in class three,” the minor said.
The father allegedly told the daughter to abandon her bed for his and since then he has been defiling her.
