Police arrested a man who attempted to steal a street lamp post in Mombasa County worth 18,000 shillings.The suspect, Gabriel Githinji Mwangi, pleaded not guilty in a court of law before senior principal magistrate Francis Kyambia.Githinji was released on a 20,000 shillings bond and a surety of the same amount.The case is set for mention on January 17.
