Michael Kahoro, who last Friday pleaded guilty, has denied accepting the charges of attempted murder.

He said he was unwell, claiming he had pain in his ears, having been beaten up during his arrest.

Kahoro’s case was up for judgment on the counts of attempted murder of resident magistrate Eunice Kelly and complainant Edith Adhiambo and fixing a hearing date for obstruction charges.

However, he denied the accusations.

The court ordered he be taken to Nakuru Level 5 Hospital and slated the hearing for February 14.
