The man's photo with Murang’a Women Representative Sabina Chege went viral after a blogger posted it, claiming it was Waziri Chacha.

Waziri Benson Chacha is being suspected of conning MPs and senior government officials,

Samuel Wanjii, the man in question, has claimed that he was one of a youth team that ran campaigns in Murang'a for Ms Chege’s election during the last August General Election.

Mr. Wanjii said that the photo of him with Ms Chege was taken at Great North Resort in Makuyu. He added that it was then where various campaign teams for the Woman Rep had gathered to celebrate Ms Chege’s election victory, when he requested for a photo with their boss, Sabina Chege.

The 22 year old man said he is passing through hardship because of the photo, not knowing what to do after the society seems to believe what the blogger said.

“Some of my relatives condemned and accused me of embarrassing the family members who are God-fearing,” he said, as quoted by Daily Nation

Mr. Wanjii who is planning to sue blogger Nyakundi Cyprian, for spreading wrong information which put his name into shame, is also in agony after losing his lover over the same issue. He said since the photos appeared on the internet, his lover never communicates to him.

“Even after the arrest of Mr Chacha she has not responded to my text messages and calls,” Mr Wanjii said.
