Uasin Gishu governor Jackson Mandago has appealed to President Uhuru Kenyatta to have dialogue with the opposition leaders for the sake of peace and unity in the country.Speaking in Eldoret on Monday, Mandago said since Uhuru was fully in power, he should invite the National Super Alliance (Nasa) principals led by Raila Odinga for a "cup of tea at State House" as they discuss issues concerning the country."He is now the President of all of us...he can go ahead and listen to them because maybe they have one or two ideas that can help the country," Mandago said as quoted by The Star.The Jubilee governor also urged the opposition leaders to avoid engaging in activities that could lead to Kenyans suffering.“NASA leaders should also avoid engaging in retrogressive activities that only cause more suffering for Kenyans," Mandago said.
