"I wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy New year 2018. This is the time we should thank our God for all the goodness we have seen all through this electioneering year," the Jubilee governor posted in a Facebook post, Sunday. "Drive and celebrate responsibly by sharing the little you have with the needy this festive season. God bless Uasin Gishu, God bless Kenya," Mandago added.
