Speaking in an interview with KTN on Monday, the elections boss clarified how an exercise book ended up in the commission's website.“After the tallying, the presiding officer wrote the results on the exercise book and went ahead to test the system only to realize he couldn’t test. Once you lock in the results it cannot be reversed,"“He has however presented the original forms and we uploaded the correct forms,” he added.The alleged write up which is from Bulla Dadacha polling staion in El Wak South Ward in Mandera South Coast stoked a public outcry after it made rounds on social media with claims that it was one of the commission's Form 34A.
