A body of a middle-aged man was on Wednesday found dumped by the roadside at Tembea na Yesu Estate in the outskirts of Molo Town sending fears to residents over their security.
The body was found in the morning with head injuries indicating that a blunt object was used to hit him before he died.
It is alleged he was attacked while heading home.
Confirming the incident, Molo District Administration Police Commander Joseph Tum said police patrols will be intensified to beef up security.
“Last week a watchman was killed on the other side of the road and the same has been repeated today. Security will be enhanced and we are appealing to members of the public to volunteer information that will lead to the arrest of the assailants.” he said.
