The Supreme Court ruling that saw presidential election results nullified shaped Google searches between September 17 and 24.

According to Google, football still topped searches, despite many Kenyans talking about the Supreme Court ruling.

The search results released on Monday indicated that many Kenyans searched English Premier League fixtures (Manchester United vs Everton, Arsenal vs Chelsea, Southampton vs Manchester United and Leicester vs Liverpool).

Most Kenyans also searched Diego Costa’s transfer from Chelsea to Atletico Madrid.

The Supreme Court ruling was the fourth most searched topic.

Chief Justice David Maraga and Justice Njoki Ndung'u were the top personalities in relation to the full judgement on the election petition filed by Nasa leader Raila Odinga.
