CJ David Maraga. [Photo| @PeopleDailyKe]Chief Justice David Maraga has dismissed a letter going rounds on social media purporting that he has warned judges against swearing-in Opposition leader Raila Odinga as the People's president. The alleged letter had cautioned judges and magistrates to keep off 'illegal' swearing in of NASA principals Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka as People's President and deputy president respectively.Speaking to a KTN News journalist in Mombasa county on Friday, Maraga noted that he had no such powers. NASA has remained adamant that it will swear in the two leaders on January 30, 2018 based on the August 8 results despite the Attorney general Githu Muigai warning that the act amounts to treason.
