Former Nairobi governor candidate Miguna Miguna has heightened his onslaught on the Judiciary by pointing fingers at their 'illegal' decisions.
Miguna on Tuesday referred to the team led by Chief Justice David Maraga as 'incoherent judicial fraudsters' and said they were part of the problem the country was facing.
He accused Maraga and his team of supporting electoral malpractices and called upon NASA supporters to continue resisting the Jubilee government.
"CJ @dkmaraga & fellow incoherent judicial fraudsters claim that stealing an election; threatening and bribing judges and the @IEBCKenya; mass murder of unarmed civilians; disenfranchising 25 constituencies and conducting an illegitimate coronation are legal. I #Resist!" he said in a post on his Facebook page.
This is not the first time the Supreme Court is coming under attack.
After the court nullified the August 8 presidential election, Jubilee leaders condemned the judges with the party supremo calling them rogue judges.
However, the tune has since changed after the same court upheld Uhuru Kenyatta's election, much to the dissatisfaction of the NASA camp.
