Supreme Court judges on Tuesday gave President Uhuru Kenyatta's parliamentary address a wide berth.
Uhuru addressed the special parliament sitting, which was also boycotted by opposition lawmakers.
The Supreme Court judges - Chief Justice David Maraga, Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, Smoking Wanjala, Isaac Lenaola, Njoki Ndung'u, Jackton Ojwang' and Ibrahim Mohamed - did not show up for the event.
Out of the seven judges, four (Maraga, Mwilu, Wanjala and Lenaola) voted for the nullification of Uhuru's victory in the August polls.
Justices Ndung'u and Ojwang' voted against the petition by Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka.
Judge Ibrahim was taken ill and never voted.
Traditionally, the supreme court judges have been attending special parliamentary sessions convened by the president.
Uhuru and Jubilee leaders have constantly attacked and criticised the judges for "overturning the will of the people" on September 1.
CJ Maraga ordered for a fresh presidential poll, which has been scheduled for October 17.
