Through a speech read on his behalf by court of appeal president Kihara Kariuki during a conference in Diani,Kwale county on Thursday the judiciary boss noted that the move is aimed at improving efficient service delivery to clients."We will be heavily embracing ICT in our courts for efficient service delivery", read part of the speech.Maraga added that automatic transcription of court proceedings would soon replace the age-old scribbling methods.This he said would effectively transform the critical sector through easy acquisition of case files and speedy justice dispensation to the public.He also added that very soon the judiciary will roll out a case management system that will herald easier coordination of various cases that will not only minimize loss of information but will ultimately guarantee a fair legal process.
