Marakwet East Member of Parliament Bowen Kangogo is confident that he will win the case seeking to nullify his election on the grounds that it was marred with irregularity.

"I am confident that the case upheld by win since I won free and fairly," he said after presenting himself as a witness in the Eldoret High Court, Wednesday

“I call upon the Marakwet East electorates to be patient wait the court ruling on the case.I am confident that I will emerge victoriously," he added.

He, however, warned his competitors against spreading rumors that his election has been nullified by the Eldoret high court.

"I am still the Member of Parliament and I will continue serving my people as per the law and people should ignore such rumors since they don't carry any water and I will continue serving them unless otherwise, "noted Bowen.
