Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Margaret Wanjiru has been caught on camera allegedly dishing out cash to people attending her political rally.

Wanjiru is said to have conducted her meeting in Nairobi Eastlands estate of Shauri Moyo where hundreds attended.

A clear video footage, presumably taken on a phone, shows the woman of cloth holding a bundle of notes and dishing them to those scrambling to receive the cash.

Though she stands in her open-board car, she receives heavy security from bodyguards surrounding the car.
