Former registrar of Judiciary Gladys Boss Shollei eulogised the late veteran politician Mark Too, saying he was a man of the people.
She said Too used to advice her on the right steps to make as a public servant, which saw her rise her career in public service.
"Today we are celebrating the life of a great man. A man who helped anyone he came across. Too, a father, husband, brother, leader, was always there when my husband and I required his assistance,'' revealed the Uasin Gishu Women Representative aspirant.
Speaking during a church service for the late former Kanu era nominated lawmaker, Shollei asked the bereaved family to remain united and work together as before.
"I know it is hard for the widows Mary and Sophie and all the children. But you should keep the spirit and stay united. You all need each other now more than ever,'' she said at the AIC Milimani, Nairobi.
Too who was a close ally of former president Daniel arap Moi, died of a heart problem, December 31, 2016, aged 64.
He will be buried January 9, at his Kapseret farm in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County.
