The High Court in Nairobi is today (Friday) to give a ruling in a case in which a woman sought to block the burial arrangements of veteran politician, Mark Too.
Fatuma Hassan argued that she sired a son who is now 16-years-old with the former Kanu era nominated lawmaker yet he was excluded from his father's burial arrangements.
Hassan also wants Too's widows Mary and Sophie to ensure her son is recognised in the family and his school fees paid from monies of Too's estates.
She said she met Too in 1999 after separating from her husband, and later had Too's son in 2000.
High Court Judge Aggrey Muchelule had issued temporary orders stopping the burial arrangements, until Friday January 6.
Burial is slated for January 9 at his Kapseret farm.
