Uasin Gish MCAs have asked their colleague, Jenny Too, to 'slow down ' her fluency in English so that they can understand her contributions.
Last week, Kipkenyo MCA Hillary Ng'eno, on a point of order, asked Speaker David Kiplagat to 'intervene' urgently on the matter.
"Her English is flowing very fast. We are requesting that he slows down so that we can comprehend her contributions," Ng'eno protested amid applaud from his colleagues.
The county speaker requested Ms, Too, daughter to Ex-nominated MP Mark Too, to give in to the requests of the county legislators.
"I apologise Mr Speaker to members. My English can sometimes be very fast and I understand and will comply with the request," she said after the speaker's intervention.
Nominated by Jubilee party as part of the giving tribute to her father's contributions, Ms Too is a graduate from Daystar University.
The MCAs were contributing to a motion from Governor Jackson Mandago that seeks to reward best performing farmers.
