The funeral service of the late veteran politician Mark Too has been scheduled at AIC Milimani, Nairobi, Friday (today).
Too's Burial Organizing Committee chairman Jacob Yego said family and friends will convene at the venue before 9am when the service will kick-off.
Yego affirmed that the burial date remains Monday January 9, as it was earlier planned, before a woman moved to Court to block the burial arrangements.
Addressing the press, Thursday, family lawyer Tom Ojienda said they were yet to receive any Court order restricting them from conducting the burial service.
The body will later be flawn to Eldoret International Airport, Sunday, ahead of an inter-denominational prayer service same day.
He died December 31, 2016 from a heart problem and will be buried at his Kapseret farm.
