A marriage of two senior Nairobi preachers has come to an end after a quarrel over infidelity.
At the centre of their dispute are matrimonial assets worth millions of shillings.
According to the Nairobian, Former senior pastor at the House of Grace church (in Athi River Reverend Michael Muteti Musango) and his preacher wife Pastor Evelyne Akinyi decided to terminate their 20-year marriage two months ago after Akinyi raised eyebrows over Muteti's actions.
She said that among other things, her husband introduced the name of another lady as a co-director and major shareholder in a family company that owns part of their property.
Reverend Mercy Waruguru Wachira, the said woman, runs Nairobi's Agape Lighthouse Church in Kasarani.
Akinyi also says trouble began when after she discovered that the pastor was in an intimate affair with married church usher Damaris Michino.
However, the pastor denied having the affair with Waruguru and Damaris and said he had never introduced anyone as director to the company.
According to The Nairobian, there is a text message where Damaris informs Musango that he "was a sweeter and better jogoo in bed than other men".
In response, a text allegedly from Musango says that he gained his bed prowess from enough ‘exposure’ and further cautions Damaris against revealing their affair to other people.
Their exchanges include long chats with obscene descriptions of ‘fantastic’ positions, erotic touch buttons and romantic locations.
But Pastor Musango denied getting involved with Damaris whom he pointed out was ex-communicated from the church after she was caught on camera stealing church offering.
