Though her Twitter account, Hon. Wavinya posted that as much as the NRM general is a Kenyan who should enjoy his freedoms, he ought to have produced his Canadian or Kenyan passport to be stamped as required by the law.

“Without a doubt, Miguna Miguna is a Kenyan by birth, no one can deprive him of that right and he must be left to enjoy his freedoms. However, on coming back from Canada, he needed to have produced his Canadian or Kenyan passport for official stamping as required by the law for entry,” said Wavinya Ndeti on Thursday.

However, Martha Karua did not agree with her saying that Dr. Miguna has returning to the country as ordered by the court.

She also added that immigration should have facilitating his return by replacing Miguna’s passport that they had defaced.

“I do not agree dear sister. He was returning pursuant to a court order requiring the immigration authorities to facilitate his return! He did not have to present anything since immigration defaced his Kenyan passport, they should have simply replaced it!,” Martha Karua replied to Wavinya.
