Kirinyaga gubernatorial candidate Martha Karua has accused NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga of double-speak amid the debate on land ownership.
The opposition leader has been in the forefront calling for the full implementation of the TJRC Report that seeks to address historical land injustices.
But speaking on Tuesday, Karua claimed that it was hypocritical for the former Prime Minister to castigate the Jubilee adminstration for failure to implement the report, arguing that Siaya Senator James Orengo was once the Lands Cabinet Minister and failed to address land issues.
“The fact that I was edged out from ODM is not reason to vote against Raila. I have nothing sinister or personal against Raila and will not oppose him even in a micro minute at any rally any day,” she stated.
