Coast regional coordinator Nelson Marwa has defended the ongoing security reorganisation at the Coast.
Marwa warned leaders against politicising the issue, saying police have a right to reorganise security details of all senior leaders.
The regional coordinator said the reorganisation has affected all governors at the Coast and other government officials.
He said it is erroneous to claim it only affected Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho and his Kilifi counterpart Amason Kingi.
"The exercise has affected six governors and as per the policy, each governor is supposed to have five security personnels," said Marwa on Wednesday.
The tough speaking coordinator added that the country has one law which all citizens must abide and respect.
He called upon Kenyans not to build dictators by clapping for them in political rallies.
