Masaba North police division OCPD in Nyamira County has been transferred and promoted to the rank of county commander.

In the latest reshuffle announced on Wednesday, Mr Petterson Maelo has been moved to Mombasa as the county commander. 

His position has been taken by Philip Ngunjiri Wambugu who will head the police division.

The changes were announced by the Deputy Inspector-General of Police Joel Kitili.

Sixty four officers from across the country.were either transferred, demoted or promoted.
