AFC Leopards tactician Robert Matano has expressed his concerns over his team's lack of cutting edge in front of goal.
Leopards secured a scrappy 1-0 win over league Nakumatt Fc on Sunday and Matano had no kind words for his strike force after they wasted a couple of chances.
"Our problem has been failing to utilize the chances we create. Today we had many chances to score but we couldn't and it has cost us previously. It's an area we will keep working on, creating opportunities is not a problem for us but we just can't put the ball behind the net, he said.
With the relegation ghost clearly behind him,the former Ulinzi tactician is hoping for a win in his two last remaining matches against surprise package Chemelil Sugar and relegation-candidates Muhoroni Youth Fc.
"We now focus on our remaining two matches, I want to win both matches so that we can finish in a good position in the league," he said.
The GOtv shield holders currently lie twelfth on the log with 39 points,21 points a drift of champions-elect abd bitter rivals Gor Mahia.
