AFC Leopards tactician Robert Matano has warned some unnamed official in the club against interfering with his recruitment plans in the ongoing transfer window season.
Speaking on Wednesday in Nairobi, the veteran tactician said he has since handed to the club a set of players he wants signed during the ongoing transfer window and said that such a task is his own prerogative and not of club officials.
"Signing players is not the work of club officials but mine. Some officials have been interfering qith this for a long time and it must stop now.Official's work is to look for money to help the club and not to bring me players.Everybody should play their role", he added.
The former Sofapaka and Ulinzi tactician has since identified about ten players he wants the club to recruit ahead of the 2018 season with strikers dominating the wish list.
Ingwe struggled in the just ended Kenya Premier League campaign and at one time flirted with relegation prospects although they later managed to stage a strong comeback to finish eighth.
They however managed to run away with the GOtv shield and will be representing the country in the continental tournaments in January 2018.
