This is after the two together with Director of Immigration failed to appear in court on Wednesday afternoon as it was ordered.

Justice George Odunga on Wednesday evening said that he will go ahead to sentence the three if they fail to appear in court by 10 AM on Thursday.

"It is clear that court orders have been ignored and if they will not appear in court tomorrow then I will proceed with sentencing," said Judge Odunga.

The judge said that failure by the trio to appear in court in person was a bad message to Kenyans.

He said that they had no option but to respect the rule of law because they held the positions courtesy of the constitution.

On Wednesday morning, the court ordered that the three officials appear in court in person over Dr Miguna's saga.

However, they failed to do so.
