[Photo|Fred Matiang'i]After NASA co-principal Moses Wetangula put it to the public through the media, Acting Interior and Coordination Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i has, confirmed that he indeed replied as 'Nonsense', to Wetangula's text message.Wetangula, the Bungoma senator and Ford Kenya party leader, deemed the SMS as rude, given that he had asked the CS, why he banned NASA demonstrations in CBDs of Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu cities.Wetangula had asked him to seek legal advice over the ban, since it was unconstitutional."Why don’t you engage a lawyer to advise you on the constitutionality of your actions, utterances, and threats to innocent Kenyan? You have no power or capacity to ban lawful protests and or demos," read Wetangula's text message.Matiang'i replied by saying: "Nonsense", a move that angered Wetangula. However, Matiang'i has owned his response, saying he owes nobody an apology, for expressing himself."I keep asking myself the question, you know you think we have come from heaven. We are human beings those of us who are in public office. We too have rights to express ourselves, So when I express myself why should there be a problem," said the CS."What Wetangula told me was nonsensical. It is as simple as that. I mean nonsense is an English word which means what you are saying is not sensible and it is there in the dictionary so that you use it to express yourself when someone is telling something that does not make sense. There is no crime in that it is an expression, an English word," he added during an interview, Friday evening.
