Speaking on Wednesday when he made an impromptu visit to Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology in Nakuru, Matiang'i said most institutions still practice poor level of inclusivity.

He called on all managements of learning institutions to ensure such issues are solved once and for all.

The CS who was accompanied by Education PS Belio Kipsang, said his Ministry will not allow to be pulled back by learning institutions management who fail to adhere to the law.

"Poor governance and poor level of inclusivity is really tarnishing the image of our learning institutions and this must come to an end," Matiang'i said.
