Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i is set to release results of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Eduction.
The CS will release the results at noon, according multiple media reports.
The release comes at a time when the ministry had denied reports indicating that the results will be released this week.
The results will be released at Nairobi School.
This year, 615,773 candidates sat KCSE exam in 9,350 centres, a five per cent increase from last year’s 577,253 candidates.
The marking of the exam started immediately after they were the last sitting on December 3. The marking was being done in about 20 centres in Nairobi and its environs.
The announcement will come earlier than usual as promised by the CS to give way for admissions to universities.
