Education CS, Dr. Fred Matiang'i, has visited pupils preparing for K.C.P.E in Kawangware with a message of encouragement.
Mr. Matiangi belabored the importance of focus and hard work.
''I want you to be focused on your exams... We wish you all the best... Don't get bothered about what is happening outside... There's nothing more important that we can do than looking out for you... Each one of you, wherever you come from, whatever your background, you are a blessing to us.'' He said to the pupils.
The CS visit to the area unfolds in the backdrop of rising tensions after opposing sides of youths armed with crude weapons confronted each other.
