“Youth must have technical skills because by so doing, they cannot sleep hungry as there are several demands in the market for such skills,” said Miruka.
He advised the youth who had not gone to higher levels of education learning such as middle level colleges and universities to join the polytechnic to attain grade 3 certificates in artisan.
Miruka said youth polytechnics across the country are the best places for class eight and form four leavers, who have got no options given that their academic qualification requirements were minimal and attainable to majority.
He told the youth to join the facility and enroll for various courses that take between three months and two years alongside being trained on fundable projects.
