The leader of the Minority in Parliament John Mbadi has hit out at President Uhuru Kenyatta after he read out the first list of cabinet secretaries. The vocal member of parliament said that the fact that he had only retained six out of nineteen cabinet secretaries was evidence enough that the majority of President Uhuru's cabinet was made up of non-performance.''His action has vindicated Kenyans who sought to deny him the vindication he badly seeks,'' Mbadi told the Sunday Nation newspaper.Mbadi also decried the 'exclusion' of women, saying that it was sending a wrong message to the public and casting aspersions on the president's commitment to the one-third gender rule.
