Suba MP John Mbadi's ODM ticket nomination win has been nullified by the Political Parties Tribunal.
Making a ruling on Friday, the tribunal ordered ODM to repeat the nominations in seven polling stations within 72 hours.
ODM was earlier stopped from awarding the MP aspirant the nomination certificate following a complaint by aspirant Caroli Omondi.
Omondi alleged that there was massive rigging and filed a complaint with the tribunal on Monday.
Omondi garnered 11,597 votes against Mbadi's 12,365.
The ODM National Elections Board awarded Mbadi the ticket but the appeals board directed it to withdraw it.
