Likoni MP Mishi Mboko has laughed off President Uhuru Kenyatta’s threat that Jubilee MPs will impeach NASA leader Raila Odinga if he wins the presidential election.Mboko termed Uhuru’s threat as the joke of the year, adding that it was a sign of his frustrations ahead of the repeat poll.According to Mboko, Jubilee MPs will have no power to remove Raila from office despite having the numbers.“Let President Uhuru know that his threat to Raila’s presidency will never happen as he thinks,” said Mboko, as quoted by the Standard.Mboko said Raila is the president in waiting, adding that his presidency will be guarded by Kenyans whom she said are tired of Jubilee’s rule.The ODM legislator said NASA MPs will ensure Raila’s presidency is guarded, adding that it is time for Uhuru to retire and go home.On Monday during a meeting with a section of Kamba politicians, President Uhuru said Jubilee MPs will impeach Raila even if he wins the presidency in the repeat presidential election.Uhuru will face of with Raila in the repeat presidential poll that will be held on October 17.
