Nakuru Town East MCA James Mwaniki has his electorate to make good use of the on-going free medical camp to access professional medical attention.
According to Mwaniki, the county government had invested a lot in the programme and it was only by visiting the camps that its intended purpose will be achieved.
"At the make shift camps, we have doctors drawn from different medical centres that are more than willing to attend to anybody, just make an initiative of attending the camp," he advised.
He specifically called on the males to go for the checkups owing to the fact that a majority of them were not concerned about their health because of their lifestyles.
"This nyama choma we eat is dangerous to our bodies but some of us don't take such cautions seriously. Now here is a chance to have your bodies checked free of charge," Mwaniki noted.
He was speaking on Wednesday when he visited the doctors that are expected in Nakuru East Constituency Wednesday and Thursday.
The project which was officially launched at the weekend by the county First Lady Lucia Mbugua is being funded by the county government with all the sub-counties expected to be visited.
